Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our sales operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with key sales functions, including planning, forecasting, order management, receivables follow-up, report preparation, and customer coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Sales team for periodical sales forecasting and planning.
Monitor and track commercial topics as price lists, receivables (SOA / LC), and order cycle management.
Support customers to prequalify, approval, and obtain required local approvals / certificates. Offer first layer of techno-commercial support.
Support Sales Managers to enhance efficiency.
Support Sales Managers to submit tenders and commercial proposals.
Contribute to the Sales strategy in the region.
Required qualifications:
Entry Level Position, with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
Communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Capable of working effectively in collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
Basic knowledge of sales operations, order management, and receivables tracking is an advantage.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is required. Additional language is a plus.
