Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the annual corporate strategic planning process
• Play a leading role in the long-term planning process
• Formulate strategies and business cases of new growth initiatives with compelling narratives to engage senior stakeholders
• Lead deep dive research across business lines / sectors / regions
• Keep abreast of key economic, regulatory, financial markets’ trends and data, industry and segment trends, as well as company (clients, partners, developers, competitors, M&A targets) movements
• Provide regular synopsis updates to senior management team to keep them abreast of sector and geographic developments

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a management consulting / corporate strategy role; experience in the built environment sector strongly preferred
• Leadership experience in corporate strategy
• Strong knowledge in economics and finance, and familiarity in the review of financial statements and annual reports
• Robust skillsets in data visualisation
• Experience in financial modelling and M&A transactions would be a plus
• Problem solving and numerical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Resourceful, analytical and organised
• Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
