Key Tasks
Forklift Licence is must
Ensure that daily activities promote sustainability and health and safety, reducing environmental impact, supporting the communities we work in, and minimizing workplace incidents.
Work in any designated area of the operation as directed by site managers or supervisors and tasks can include but are not limited to:
Capable of using lifting equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, drum clipper.
Receive goods,
Store goods with using Warehouse Management System.
Pick and pack orders, prepare them for dispatch.
Ensure goods are received and released accurately both physically and in system.
Perform cycle counts as directed, using the WMS and paper records.
Follow manual handling procedures to ensure safe lifting and movement of products.
Ensure operations, safety and security SOPs are being followed accordingly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.
Make recommendations to improve efficiency and add value
Be willing to relocate, either temporarily or permanently, to other facilities within Singapore to support operations
Skills & Competencie Able to work well as part of a team, contributing positively to the atmosphere.
Applies experience and logic to tasks.
Able to complete paperwork and count inventory items accurately.
Educational background / Work experience
Minimum 'O' levels preferred
Experience within warehouse operations
Forklift license
Language Skills
Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Computer Literacy
Able to use basic MS Office and Mobile apps
Ability to learn and maintain the relevant WMS / Systems required on site
