  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Operations Liaison

Coordinate with the Operations team to meet customer needs and ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Provide customers with accurate and timely updates on inventory and operational status.
Ensure all necessary documentation, including port passes, Portnet/JP online customs permits, and CIPL, is available for inbound and outbound operations.
Notify customers of any delays, damages, or shortages in a timely manner.
Follow up on damage or delay reports and ensure proper documentation.
Resolve operational issues, handle customer complaints, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support and Resolve Operational Issues

Update stowage plans for warehouses and assist with quarterly and monthly audits.
Maintain and update inventory records in both the system and for customers.
Ensure timely updates to weight lists, tally sheets, inventory records, and other required reports.
Coordinate with Operations on daily movements to ensure smooth workflow.
Liaise with customers to identify operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Assist in tracking operational activities and customer-requested tasks to support month-end invoicing.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management or relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
