Position: Ward Service Associate (WSA) – Full-Time ( 2 Years Contract , Renewable )
Interview : Face to Face
Working Hours: 42 hours/week
Shift timings: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM ( Must be open for both shift )
5 days a week (including 1 weekend shift and public holidays)
Salary Range: $1,900 - $2,000/month

Customer service skills will be beneficial – you’ll be the face of our service to patients
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role that directly impacts the well-being of our patients. You will be responsible for delivering meal trays and ensuring that patients receive top-notch service during mealtimes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Serve meals and beverages to patients – from lunch to dinner, including tea breaks.
Assist in maintaining inventory for food and linen supplies.
Ensure food orders match the patient’s dietary needs and preferences.
Help maintain a clean and sanitized working environment.
Work alongside nurses to meet patients' nutritional needs.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your manager.
