We are currently seeking a Sales Operational Analyst who will be responsible for quotations, administration and data extraction that drive significant impact to the organization.
This position is part of the SEA Commercial Team located in Singapore and will be on-site in our Bendemeer office.
Roles responsible for:
- Manage consumables quotations and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up for Singapore and Australia markets.
- Providing first-level technical support to customers relating to consumables.
- Forecasting and Budgeting reports for SEA
- Distributors Contract and Pricing Management for SEA: management of distributors' contract and compliance platform, and pricing support distributors
- Support SEA marketing activities, working with external/internal vendor
- Providing Ad-Hoc business support for the commercial team
The essential requirements for the job include:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge CRM systems, ideally SFDC
- Intermediate in Excel (VLookUp, Pivots, Data sorting and filtering)
- Experience in using any business visualization tools, ideally Power BI
- Proficiency in English both Spoken and Written
- Team player and able to work well with all levels within the organization
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience and or interested in:
- Development of Dashboard in business visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills such as PowerQuery, PowerAutomate
- Experienced in Life Science or relevant industries
