Journal Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing customers to drive renewals and upsells, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and exceeding company sales objectives.
- Drive business development effnd explore opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, which may involve:
- Preparing and providing new or revised quotes.
- Referring customers to relevant internal resources.
- Support on existing subscriptions or trial services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data, interactions, and opportunities in the systems.
- Identify and report data discrepancies, ensuring corrections are promptly updated to maintain data accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
- Share timely and comprehensive information with stakeholders to support effective decision-making in sales negotiations.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights for the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Understanding of journals sales and subscription business.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and credibility with customers and internal teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
