- Collaborate with the Sales, Commercial, and Business Process teams to implement both new and existing sales initiatives within the country.
- Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organization and work with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these tasks.
- Train new sales personnel on basic sales and CRM processes.
- Actively promote and enhance CRM data quality.

- Provide support to the sales team during bids and proposal submissions.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from the sales team (e.g., sending out quotations).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding industry
- Possess Minimum Diploma in Logistics Operations
- Well knowledge with Air and Ocean freight operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
