Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Commercial, and Business Process teams to implement both new and existing sales initiatives within the country.
  • Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organization and work with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these tasks.
  • Train new sales personnel on basic sales and CRM processes.
  • Actively promote and enhance CRM data quality.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales data (e.g., pipeline, volumes, GP return on cost) and highlight areas requiring action.
  • Assist in the governance of country sales incentive plans, including auditing and reviewing bonus and commission payments.
  • Support the sales target-setting process for individuals within the country.
  • Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.
  • Provide support to the sales team during bids and proposal submissions.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from the sales team (e.g., sending out quotations).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding industry
  • Possess Minimum Diploma in Logistics Operations
  • Well knowledge with Air and Ocean freight operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
