Location: Tampines

Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Manage PPE issuance, locker allocation, access cards, and control systems.
Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment logistics.
Handle attendance reports, timesheet verification, and leave administration.
Arrange courier services, document dispatch, and staff meal orders.
Monitor pantry supplies, vending machine stocks, and office stationery.
Process employee claims, benefits, and welfare initiatives.
Organize travel arrangements for overseas visitors.
Provide HR and admin support to employees at all levels.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; organized and detail-oriented.
Strong multitasking and communication skills; team player with a positive attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
