Warehouse Associate | 3 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations at the warehouse and on online platforms
Accounting for sales through capturing on the Point-of-Sales system
Processing customer order/ refund requests
Attending to online enquires promptly
Assist with roster management
Provide guidance to and work with the Associates to continuously improve service delivery
Ordering and receiving inventory physically
Managing inventory and stocks, returns to vendors and from customers, and co-ordinate warehouse distribution to outlets.
Process and transact online orders
Co-ordinate with logistics providers on timely delivery arrangements
Monitor sales traffic and collate sales data.

Requirements:

Fresh Diploma OR Higher NITEC / NITEC /GCE N / O / A with at least 6 years’ working experience, preferably in the retail industry
Conversant in English and a 2nd language to liaise with customers from different racial backgrounds
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision
Detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
Physically fit – able to lift at least 5kg. Daily work involves a lot of physical activity including lifting of stocks, standing and bending

Salary Range: Up to $2800


Contract Duration: 3 Months

Working hours: 8.30 am - 6 pm (Mon-Fri)

Working location: Henderson
