- At least 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance, Accounting and Auditing. Professional experience internal or external auditing preferred • Meticulous, effective problem solving with critical thinking skills and a balanced sense of perspective • Proactive and self-motivated with good report writing, communication and interpersonal skills • Work independently as well as with teams • Willing to gain deep and wide IA exposure through secondment in MND and some of our Statutory Board IA units • Display strong multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines • Possess a relevant field of study in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics/ visualisation tools
