Position: Viennoiserie Pastry Chef (Central Kitchen)

Location: 267 Pandan Loop

Up to $2,500 Completion Bonus (Terms and Conditions Applied)

Key Responsibilities:

Production Excellence: Prepare a wide range of viennoiserie products, including croissants, pain au chocolat, and other laminated dough creations, in a high-volume production environment.
Lamination Mastery: Execute precise dough lamination techniques to achieve consistency and quality across all pastries.
Recipe Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with standardized recipes and production processes to maintain Tiong Bahru Bakery’s quality benchmarks.
Batch Scaling & Management: Accurately measure and manage batch sizes to meet daily and weekly distribution demands for our outlets.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure all products meet visual and taste standards before distribution.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety within the central kitchen, adhering to HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
Inventory Control: Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.


Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Patisserie, Bakery, or a related field
Ability to thrive in a high-paced production environment with tight deadlines.
Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
