You will be outsourced to,
Location: Loyang
Duration: 3 Months Extendable
Mon to Fri : 9am - 6pm
Salary: UP TO $2,100 / MTH
Duties:
Work with external stakeholders such as consultants and system integrators to finalise contract digitisation template.
Assist in the digitisation of procurement contracts, ensuring accurate conversion in the required digital format.
Work with internal stakeholders such as HO BUs and Overseas Stations to validate the digitised contracts.
Help maintain a secure and organized digital contract repository
Manage and mitigate risk and highlight potential challenges.
Plan and schedule resource efficiency
Review and analyse contract data to identify opportunities for cost savings or to simplify terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel
- Meticulous and interpersonal
- Singaporeans Only
