Your main role in the company will be to manage the human resource functions of the company.

  • Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the HR functional areas encompassing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, training arrangement, performance management and payroll process.
  • Tabulating workers timesheet, and calculation of drivers payroll in excel
  • Update and maintain relevant HR info databases
  • Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
  • Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
  • Handle MOM related survey
  • Manage all work pass applications while maintaining compliance with MOM laws and regulations
  • Address employee grievances promptly and professionally
  • Facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace
  • Assess training needs across departments
  • All other administrative supports necessary

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as a standalone department

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Human resources: 5 years (Preferred)
