Role Description
The Senior / Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve sales objectives
- New customer acquisition
- Manage and grow existing portfolio assigned.
- Prompt engagement on the leads assigned
- Maintain service excellence in all interactions with clients, providing high quality customer experience
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of experience in engaging customers in a B2B environment
- Experience in providing IT solutions and services is preferred
- Self-motivated with growth mindset to drive results and take on challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
