Role Description

The Senior / Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Develop strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve sales objectives
  • New customer acquisition
  • Manage and grow existing portfolio assigned.
  • Prompt engagement on the leads assigned
  • Maintain service excellence in all interactions with clients, providing high quality customer experience

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years of experience in engaging customers in a B2B environment
  • Experience in providing IT solutions and services is preferred
  • Self-motivated with growth mindset to drive results and take on challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
