Foster strong partnership and close collaborations with both internal R&D and external key industry stakeholders.
Demonstrated competency in managing analytical instruments. This includes applying specialised knowledge to build deeper understanding for method development / validation and equipment calibration / troubleshooting / maintenance.
Conduct analytical training for laboratory personnel, ensure appropriate competency before certifying them as authorised users.
Strong focus and compliance with health, safety and environment requirements (laboratory safety, general housekeeping, chemical storage, waste disposal, etc).
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders, both internally and externally, through routine updates, written reports and/or meeting presentations.
Participates in R&D project meetings to provide technical inputs as when required.
Some knowledge in electronic laboratory information systems that connect with analytical data handling or workflow projects will be an advantage.
