[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as Executive/Senior Executive, Employee Relations & Wellbeing in the Human Resource & Organisational Development Office.
[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Employee Relations & Union Liaison:

  • Support communications and collaboration with union officials, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Manage records and provide updates on employee relations issues.

Employee Engagement & Well-being:

  • Support staff well-being programmes and engagement initiatives, including content curation.
  • Implement initiatives promoting staff mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
  • Assist in curating and developing content for communication with staff on related topics.

Discipline & Policy Compliance:

  • Assist with handling staff disciplinary matters and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Review and improve systems to maintain compliance with HROD policies.

Project Support:

  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in employee relations or HR.
  • Organised, keen attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and content creation platforms for design and presentations.
