Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Personal Trainer with a proven track record of at least 2 years in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic fitness professional who is passionate about creating personalized workout plans and motivating clients to achieve their health goals. As a mobile trainer, you will travel to clients’ locations to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one or group fitness sessions in accordance with clients' health and fitness goals.
Travel to clients’ homes, offices, or agreed-upon outdoor locations to conduct training sessions.
Perform fitness assessments, design customized workout plans, and continuously monitor progress.
Utilize sales skills to promote additional services and retain clients.
Maintain high engagement levels and motivate clients to reach optimal performance.
Ensure the highest level of customer service and safety during all sessions.
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through a nationally accredited organization.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training.
Strong sales skills and the ability to retain and grow client base.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to commute to various locations as required by the client’s preferences in Singapore.
A passion for fitness and providing exceptional client service.
