We are looking for a skilled and compassionate 1:1 Yoga Instructor to provide personalized yoga sessions tailored to the unique needs and goals of individual clients. As a 1:1 Yoga Instructor, you will create customized yoga sequences that focus on alignment, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, ensuring a supportive and transformative experience for each student. Whether clients are new to yoga or have specific health or fitness goals, you will be responsible for helping them develop and maintain a safe and effective yoga practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one yoga sessions based on the client’s individual needs, goals, and experience level in Avante Gym & Yoga.
- Design personalized yoga plans that align with the client’s physical abilities, health concerns, and preferences.
- Offer hands-on adjustments and modifications to ensure correct alignment and prevent injury.
- Educate clients on various yoga styles, breathing techniques (Pranayama), and meditation practices that can enhance their overall well-being.
- Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust sessions to meet evolving goals.
- Maintain a comfortable, encouraging, and non-judgmental environment that fosters personal growth and relaxation.
- Ensure that the yoga sessions are challenging yet accessible, fostering both mental and physical balance.
- Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
