  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Monthly Salary: $1,900 to $2,400 (depending on relevant exp)
Working location: Kallang Pudding Road (near to Macpherson MRT), air-con environment
Working days: 5 days / 5.5 days
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm) and / or Saturday (9am - 1pm)

Job Scope:
Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
Able to commit fully for at least 6 months or longer! Role can be long-term / convertible to a permanent role!
Must be comfortable to work in a call centre environment
Prior working experience in a call centre / help desk environment will be highly advantageous
