Maximize production capacity, productivity, and quality.
Requirements:
Knowledge of fabrics and sewing techniques.
Good communication and teaching skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Skilled in using manual and automated sewing machines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching or tutoring experience.
Sewing or fashion design certification (optional).
Ability to create custom patterns and designs.
