Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
Preparing tax computation for GST
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
