Job Summary:
As a Floor Server, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable dining experience. This role involves working closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and provide timely service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team setting, is customer-focused, and has a passion for the hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Take charge of monitoring stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager when items are running low.
Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and service stations.
Host Assistance: Assist the Head Host in managing the seven rooms, ensuring smooth seating and guest flow.
Training Support: Assist in training new staff on menu items and service procedures to maintain high standards of service and consistency.
Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with managers, colleagues, and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.
Lost and Found Follow-up: Take responsibility for following up on lost and found items, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Handling Complaints: Address customer comments or complaints promptly and professionally. If issues cannot be resolved, escalate them to the Restaurant Manager for assistance.
Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that service runs smoothly.
