Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security solutions for large-scale, multi-vendor, and multi-platform systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise security tools and a strong ability to address complex security challenges while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust security solutions across diverse IT and engineering environments, ensuring effective protection of enterprise systems.
- Evaluate, deploy, and maintain enterprise security tools, including Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Vulnerability Management solutions.
- Perform security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate security requirements into system designs and operational processes.
- Provide expert guidance and consultancy to stakeholders on addressing security risks, recommending effective risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring implementation.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents using advanced tools, providing timely response to mitigate potential threats.
- Prepare and maintain security policies, technical documentation, and procedures to ensure consistent implementation and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Research and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry trends to enhance security strategies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in implementing and managing security solutions for enterprise-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise security technologies, including Endpoint Security, IAM, Network Security, DLP, Vulnerability Management, and security analytics solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate security risks effectively.
- Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM platforms, firewalls, encryption methods, and anti-malware solutions.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, secure application development principles, and data protection strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering or similar roles.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
