Key Responsibilities:
- Network and Security Equipment Management: Oversee and support network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateways, proxies, and load balancers.
Conduct daily operations to monitor and manage network infrastructure.

- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with third-party vendors, telecommunication operators, ISPs, and other service providers.
Participate in transition planning and support the onboarding of network and security systems.
- Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with company policies, information security guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
Provide ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills in network administration and management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing network and security infrastructure.
- Certifications: ITIL certified, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent network certifications, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certifications.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of network and security systems. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work on different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- On standby and contactable 24/7 for support and escalation.
