Quality Control & Logistic Executive

(a) Provide
day-to-day administrative support to the administrative department and the
management;

(b) Conduct regular
visual inspection of fashion products to comply with the Company's required
standards;

(c) Report any
non-conformance of products to manager or the management;

(d) Develop and
enhance the standard of procedure to drive continuous quality improvement;

(e) Ensuring the
general aesthetic of the office front and warehouse are being maintained;

(f) Execute general
administrative duties, filing and scanning;

(g) Liaise with the
relevant team and/or external parties on quality standards issues;

(h) To conduct final
check on all sales orders and ensure they are in good condition for delivery;

(i) To liaise with
sales personnel on enquiries on customer account;

(j) To ensure proper
documentation and customer information (e.g. contact details, address) on
parcel is accurate;

(k) To assist on
inventory checking and stock tagging;

(l) Liaise with
various department to facilitate any customer's requests and feedbacks;

(m) Co-ordinate
shipment schedule and delivery of goods to customers;

(n) Notify customers
about any delivery delays in advance;

(o) Assist the
Operation Manager to improve on the day to day running of the logistic
functions and operations;

(p) Assist the
Operation Manager to develop standard operating procedures to ensure operation
excellence;

(q) Attending to
other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.


Job Requirements:


O'Levels/ITE/Diploma
Good Knowledge of
Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
A meticulous individual
with interpersonal skills
Good written, verbal
communication skills, with strong attention to detail
A positive learning and
working attitude
Possession of Class 3/3A
license and a good driving record
