The Challenges
The incumbent shall be responsible to:
Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure
Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events
Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks
Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labor
The Requirements
Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.
Good team player, ability to work
