Make professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages.
Actively promote and upsell spa services and products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Demonstrate proficiency in successfully closing high-value sales transactions.
Customer Care and Support:
Assist in customer care and administrative operations as needed.
Proactively follow up and maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with a team of Beauty Therapists and Consultants to optimize bookings.
Continuous Learning:
Maintain a deep understanding of the spa’s services, treatments, and product offerings through ongoing learning.
Other Duties:
Take on additional responsibilities and initiatives as required.
