• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: $2,400 - $2,800 per month

· Design and adapt graphic designs, posters, flyers and other company collaterals for online usage and offline in-store promptly. 设计和调整图形设计、海报、传单和其他公司宣传品，以便在线和线下店内及时使用。

· Manage and ensure the company's website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience. 管理并确保公司网站持续更新，提供准确的信息、最新的内容和无缝的用户体验。

· Take charge of the company's digital / social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, Google Business, etc.), including execution of posting captivating and on-brand photos, stories, and promotions to engage our audience and community. 负责公司的电子/社交媒体帐户（Facebook、Instagram、WeChat、TikTok、Google Business等等），包括发布引人入胜的品牌照片、故事和促销活动，以吸引我们的受众和社区。

· Engage with customers via our digital platforms by promptly sharing tagged videos and stories, and promptly responding to inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback through email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business. 通过我们的电子平台与客户互动，及时分享标记的视频和故事，并通过电子邮件、Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 和 Google Business 及时回复查询、评论、评论和反馈。

· Tracking sales data, maintaining database and preparing reports for management跟踪销售数据，维护数据库并为管理层准备报告

· Handle Foodpanda / GrabFood / Deliveroo / NETS & etc. device technical issue处理Foodpanda / GrabFood / Deliveroo / NETS等的设备技术问题

· Responsible for backend management of E-commerce platforms (Website/Shopee/Lazada/Foodline) 负责电商平台（网站/Shopee/Lazada/Foodline）的后台管理。

· Handle customer’s enquiry/complaint处理客户的查询/投诉

· Coordinate sales order processing, logistics and delivery协调销售订单处理，物流和送货安排

· Assist with any other appropriate duties as required根据需要协助执行其他任务

Job Requirement

· Bilingual 双语能力

· Experience in marketing coordination or similar role

· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

· Competent in MS Office, WeChat, Instagram & FaceBook, Photoshop, Canva

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Sense of responsibility, teamwork ability, coordination ability

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
