Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain safety documents required for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Develop comprehensive project checklists to ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

· Coordinate with the project team to gather and communicate all relevant project details, ensuring a smooth transition and handover process.

· Manage project schedules and issue timely notices to stakeholders regarding important milestones, deadlines, and updates.

· Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to facilitate material requests, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

· Liaise with the management team to promptly respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Organize and facilitate internal kick-off meetings to ensure all necessary stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

· Participate in kick-off meetings to gather project requirements and provide administrative support. Attend follow-up meetings to review project progress, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.

· Document accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes for all project-related meetings, including action items, decisions made, and key discussions.

· Conduct site walks to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of accountability.

Other Information

· 5.5 working days per week

· Salary: $2,000 to $3,500 (Based on Experience)

· Location: Kaki Bukit
