Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, book-keeping, accounting, tax and other advisory services to a variety of clients, including those of Kelvin Chia Partnership, the regional law firm with which we are associated.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Accounts cum Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Provide billing and administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial team.
Issue invoices to clients, keep track of payments received and chase up on overdue invoices.
Compile and maintain documents and clear and organized records of all billings.
Maintain and update clients’ database.
Independently handle inbound/outbound mails and local/international couriers.
Arrange delivery/collection of documents to/from embassies/clients.
Assist with online and physical filing of documents and ensuring the filing system is always organized and updated.
Maintaining and updating the document storage inventory list and common seal inventory list.
Assisting the Corporate Secretarial team with ACRA filings and other corporate secretarial tasks (training will be provided).
Perform other ad-hoc administrative/support tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma.
At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
Good MS Office skills.
Good numerical skills.
Good communication skills and fluent in English.
Meticulous and good organizational skills.
Team player who is able to handle instructions from different team members.
