Job Description
• Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in Singapore.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering performance excellence and career development.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
• About 6 years of B2B Sales & Specifications in the Building Materials, Interior Finishing, and/or other relevant industries
• Experience in being a people-manager to manage a lean team of 6 members who are based in Singapore
• Established strong contact network across the industries with stakeholders such as designers, developers, architects, contractors, etc
