Discovering the role
Convergint’s Managed Services is a technology driven service platform to better-serve global clients in ever changing challenges. This role will lead the expansion of our Managed Services division in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling and growing managed services offerings, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Managed Services in the Asia Pacific region.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Engage with key clients to understand their needs and pain points.
• Present and position Convergint's Managed Services offerings as solutions to address client challenges.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design and propose tailored Managed Services solutions.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Convergint's services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to Managed Services.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements and Convergint's capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven track record of success in business development and sales of Managed Services.
• Strong understanding of managed services in the electronic security industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
