We're seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for The Warehouse Hotel and its respective F&B concepts within — Po and the Warehouse Lobby Bar. This role plays a vital role in upholding their position as a stylish, thought-leading hotel experience, restaurant and bar. You'll develop comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase the individual identity of each concept while fostering a sense of synergy between them.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Live and breathe brands, develop a deep understanding of their inner workings, and craft marketing strategies that grow the brand and business in equal measure.
Collaborate with HQ’s creative agency, external agencies and freelancers to produce compelling branding materials.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage digital channels, including website updates, EDMs, social media and third-party booking platforms.
Create an engaging, visually stunning content strategy to foster brand love.
Optimise campaigns using data analytics to ensure audience reach and engagement.
Public Relations & Storytelling
Foster relationships with local and international media, influencers, and industry partners.
Draft and coordinate press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership pieces for key spokespeople.
Event and Partnership Marketing
Identify and foster partnerships with like-minded brands to elevate the brand experience.
Plan and execute marketing efforts for events, collaborations, and seasonal launches.
Guest Engagement
Work with Operations teams to develop VIP customer initiatives and on-going loyalty ideas to enhance overall guest retention.
Analyse guest feedback to refine marketing efforts and dining experiences.
Operational Collaboration
Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the hotel sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile brands or projects. Deep understanding of fine dining markets and global culinary trends.
Desired Skills
- Strong content creator with exceptional storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Ads Manager, SEO, Mailchimp, CRM systems).
- Strong interpersonal skills for partnership building and media relations. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance metrics.
