Job Description
- Contributes to the development and implementation of pricing strategic initiatives and become subject matter expert in pricing
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Traveloka Partners Network to set commercial strategies, project manage and execute on strategies through the Market Management and Key Account Manager team.
- Support in decision making, exploring new avenues on any strategic priority applicable at that time by mapping processes and delivering economic and financial insights
- Determine how to execute sourcing and commercial strategies and empowered to optimize how the team operates through the identification and prioritization of key regional initiatives in the areas of strategy, innovation, processes and tools.
- Perform ad-hoc/monthly analysis, scenarios and benchmarking as needed and contribute to new business/expansion/cost control projects and process improvement as and when business requires.
- Responsible for translating complex data and deep analysis into actionable insights and effectively communicating high-level business updates as well as granular data analysis.
- Planning, leading and executing key end to end strategic projects with high impact in our P&L
- Responsible for crafting plans to address market opportunities and/or negative deviations when applicable.
- Responsible for performance management of the team, together with Head of Traveloka Partners Network, to ensure the right focus on targets and delivery
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, eCommerce, revenue growth, product, or business operations role in tech or SaaS
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and evolving markets
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the travel or hospitality industry
