Responsibilities:
Employee Training:
• Coordinate and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate training needs and develop engaging modules to address identified gaps.
• Monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives, making continuous improvements.
Company Insurance :
• Administer comprehensive employee insurance programs, ensuring optimal coverage.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding insurance-related inquiries and claims.
• Collaborate with insurance providers to negotiate and optimize benefit plans.
• Regularly review and update insurance policies to align with organizational needs.
Employee Counseling and Disciplinary:
• Conduct thorough investigations and address disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
• Issue warnings or corrective actions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and follow-up on improvements.
Employee Confirmation:
• Oversee the employee confirmation process, conducting performance evaluations.
• Communicate confirmation decisions to employees and relevant departments.
• Support employees through the confirmation process, providing constructive feedback.
Employee Transfer:
• Facilitate smooth internal employee transfers, collaborating with relevant departments.
• Update employee records to reflect changes in roles or locations.
• Provide support and guidance to employees undergoing transfers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
- Experience in handling Work Passes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solver with strong communication skills.
Salary will be commensurate depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
