Responsibilities
- Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
- Manage Customer Consignment Programs
- Responsible for on-time deliveries for both internal customers (engineers) & external customers
- Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure on time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
- Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers (duplicate as 4-remove)
- Maintain stocks inventory & manage stocks movement
- Update Customer Price Books
- Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
- Attend to enquiries from customers and business partners
- Build and maintain a good customer relationship
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Knowledge of Japanese language will be an advantage
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
