  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
  • Manage Customer Consignment Programs
  • Responsible for on-time deliveries for both internal customers (engineers) & external customers
  • Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure on time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
  • Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers (duplicate as 4-remove)
  • Maintain stocks inventory & manage stocks movement
  • Update Customer Price Books
  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
  • Attend to enquiries from customers and business partners
  • Build and maintain a good customer relationship
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience
  • Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Knowledge of Japanese language will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
