Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan, allocate and deploy service works to Service Engineers
- Manage operational and administration tasks to support the service team, such as order management, closing service agreements, raise purchase requisitions, report management, and other functions.
- Drive visibility, utilization and productivity with workforce planning
- Respond to service calls in the absence of service engineers.
- Ensure service engineers are fully equipped to work at customer sites (passes/permits)
- Adhoc duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in service operational environment
- Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines
- Collaborative and team orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with own initiative and independently to meet expectations
