Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan, allocate and deploy service works to Service Engineers
  • Manage operational and administration tasks to support the service team, such as order management, closing service agreements, raise purchase requisitions, report management, and other functions.
  • Drive visibility, utilization and productivity with workforce planning
  • Respond to service calls in the absence of service engineers.
  • Ensure service engineers are fully equipped to work at customer sites (passes/permits)
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by the Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in service operational environment
  • Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines
  • Collaborative and team orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with own initiative and independently to meet expectations
