What you'll be doing
Prepare and submit monthly Casemix and Subvention reports, quarterly Financial Performance Reports, and other required financial submissions
Track, reconcile, and ensure proper accounting of subvention revenue, including following up on cash disbursements
Assist in extracting and analysing data from public systems and internal data warehouses to support reporting and decision-making
Help develop data dashboards to present information clearly for management reporting
Support the National Costing Exercise by gathering data, ensuring accuracy, and applying costing rules
Work closely with IT teams and vendors to maintain accurate data and support costing processes
Use the Subvention System to calculate funding allocations for healthcare institutions and ensure timely submissions
What we're looking for
Singaporeans only
Diploma level from recognised instituitions in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
2 - 3 years of similar experience
Basic knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other data tools
