Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew member to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional service, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
JOB SCOPE:
Welcoming customers, upselling products, replying to queries, taking orders and cashiering duties.
Preparing food and beverages, and serving to customers.
Packing of food and beverages for sales.
Monitoring inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene.
Making ingredients.
Ability to learn things fast.
Interest in Japanese Teas and desserts making.
Other ad-hoc duties are required.
Ensure accurate data entry in the POS system.
Prepare drinks (specialty coffee/tea, ice-
blends, sundae/parfait) and food per company SOP and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Able to commit minimally 3 days per week or 32 hours a week (including weekends and PH)
Part time rate: $11.5/h Weekdays & $12.5/h Weekends, PH rate x1.5
no nail art
No experience needed (have also good), training will be provided
staff meal provided with minimum of 8hrs of working
