A boutique mediation service provider is searching for a responsible administrator of our cases. Our office is centrally located and the staff will be part of a young and growing team of professionals. He or she will report directly to the Assistant Registrar and key responsibilities include:
· Managing public enquiries relating to mediation services.
· Facilitating the exchange of confidential documents and monitoring critical timelines.
· Contacting mediators and coordinating the schedule of mediations in the company.
· Setting up the venue for in-person and online mediations.
· Maintaining and managing case files.
· Preparing regular summary reports of mediation statistics.
· Obtaining user and mediator feedback.
· Supporting the Assistant Registrar in the performance of his/her duties and other day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Polytechnic diploma
Meticulous and well-organised
Effective written and oral communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good team worker
Able to manage multiple matters concurrently
