Key Responsibilities:
· Product Analysis & Optimization:
o Assist in analyzing product algorithms to identify performance trends and areas for improvements.
o Contribute to the development and execution of testing strategies that assess algorithm and robustness under different conditions.
o Support optimization initiatives by providing data driven insights on product performance.
· Product Performance Monitoring & Testing
o Help develop and maintain dashboards to track key product performance indicators(KPIs)
o Monitor product usage and performance data in real-time, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
o Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights.
o Assist to develop tools, test cases and programs to automate processes during various stages of product life cycle.
o Conduct in-office and field experiments to validate product performance and identify solutions to potential challenges.
· Data Analysis & Insights:
o Perform data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and algorithms, providing key insights to guide decision making.
o Conduct root-cause analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and assisting in the development of corrective actions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and contribute to product improvement strategies.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or AI. Advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD) a plus.
· 2+ years of experience in product analytics, performance analysis, or engineering role.
· Strong background in working with data-driven performance metrics.
· Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
· Experience with performance monitoring tools, A/B testing, and metrics tracking.
· Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application in product optimization is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
· Experience with algorithm testing and optimization in a real-world product environment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong knowledge of or interest in Baseball or softball is a strong plus
