Job Description:

  • Manage customer orders from processing to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Proactively address back orders and resolve customer issues to ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Generate purchase orders after obtaining necessary clarifications and confirming prices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on goods readiness and ensure smooth communication
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments
  • Manage stock record to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Liaise with customers on delivery arrangements.
  • Generate delivery orders and invoices.
  • Handle ISO certification renewal processes to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Handle office administration tasks and undertake any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.

· 2 to 3 years’ working experience in Operations.

· Familiarity with the Globe 3 ERP System is an advantage.

· Ability to work independently with a committed and proactive approach.

· A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility in handling tasks.

· Good personality, willing to learn and flexible on the task.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

  • Order fulfillment: 2 years (Preferred)
