Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Household Manager cum Personal Assistant to oversee the seamless operation of a private residence and provide personal administrative support to a member of the CEO’s family. This role combines hands-on household management with responsibilities of personal assistance, ensuring all domestic and extended family support tasks are handled efficiently and to the highest standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Household Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of domestic helpers, gardeners, and other staff on-site.
    • Manage and monitor household schedules, including cleaning, maintenance, and repair works.
    • Organize grocery shopping, household supplies, and inventory management.
    • Oversee payment of household bills, utilities, and subscriptions in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with service providers (e.g., contractors, electricians, plumbers) to ensure property upkeep.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of the household, resolving issues as they arise.
    • Manage and oversee household events.
  • Personal Assistant Duties
    • Handle errands such as post office visits, banking, and arranging deliveries or pickups.
    • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls related to household matters.
    • Research and organize bookings for travel, dining, and events as required.
    • Provide general administrative support, including record-keeping and budget tracking.
  • Additional Duties
    • Ensure clear communication with the household on operations and tasks.
    • Assist with ad hoc projects or special requests, such as event planning or gift purchases.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    • Preferably previous experience in household management, estate management, or as a personal assistant.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Technical
    • Proficiency in using email, scheduling tools, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Other
    • A valid Singapore driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
