Description
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and implement solutions to prevent and address outages.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking and virtualization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA).
- Experience with VMware, vSphere, or VMware NSX.
