This role is ideal for someone with a strong system engineering background and a growing expertise in cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more leading cloud platforms and a solid understanding of server, storage, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure environments across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • Collaborate with operations and development teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot cloud or infrastructure-related issues proactively.
  • Assist in implementing infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in system and cloud service administration, including patching, backups, and resource optimization.
  • Maintain and manage Active Directory, DNS, Linux, and Unix-based systems where applicable.
  • Support compliance and security initiatives across infrastructure environments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience in a systems engineering or infrastructure operations role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in system operations/support environments.
  • Past working experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), including services, features, and capabilities.
  • Good knowledge of operating systems, especially:
  1. Linux
  2. Unix
  3. Active Directory/DNS
  • Solid understanding of server, storage, and networking concepts.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
