Department: T1 Global Services and Solutions is responsible to drive sustainable growth of end user IT services and Solutions (computing, printing and collaboration) within our largest global customers.
The scope of the role is global, with a strong focus on customers with Headquarter in APJ (49 global accounts), primarily in Japan. Experience working with Japanese customers and Japense language are required.

Vision
Build and develop best in class team in APJ to profitably grow HP's services and solution busines with Global T1 accounts.
Mission
Develop Services and solutions business with global T1 customers in APJ.
Transform to outcome base sales motion.
Be responsible for end to end : pre-sales, sales and post sales process for services and solution
Work in collaboration with the Account General Manager.
Grow qualified funnel by engaging customers strategically and prior to contract expiration or RFP to understand their needs, influence with HP Services & Solutions and Qualify opportunity to maximize HP value and win rate
Maximize win rate with best in class solutioning and contract negotiation
Deliver on customer outcomes and ensure customer success on signed deals.
Manage and improve HP Services and Solusion P&L for signed accounts.

Sign deals to land on Total contact value (TCV) goals
Manage Services and solution P&L
Ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes
Responsibilities
• Oversees a team of presales consultants, Services sales, pursuit and cusotmer success managers providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the development of individual team members and the overall effectiveness of the sales efforts.
• Develops data-driven strategies to retain existing clients and expand the organization's offerings within client accounts.
• Interacts with executives and senior stakeholders from client organizations, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of the proposed solutions.
• Leads complex contract negotiations and client discussions to ensure that the terms align with the proposed solution and client expectations.
• Manages the budget for the presales consulting function, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in specific technical areas, providing in-depth knowledge to the team and clients.
• Ensures that all proposals and solutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Leads client presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of the organization's solutions.
• Stays updated with the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients and the sales team.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.
