• Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and issues.
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Solve problems and address any shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and invoices.
• Work with different teams for smooth operations.
• Any adhoc duties assigned
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
