Key Responsibilities:
Photo Editing: Enhance and retouch digital images to meet the highest standards for fine art prints.
Print Management: Oversee all aspects of the printing process, ensuring quality and accuracy from start to finish.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Sales: Assist with promoting our services, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and driving business growth.
Picture Frame Production: Manage every stage of the picture frame process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision throughout.
General Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office tasks and workflows efficiently.
Gallery & Office Maintenance: Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace.
Additional Duties: Assist the Managing Director with various tasks and special projects as required.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, ideally in a fine art or printing environment.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality visual work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
