Your Job:
You will be responsible but not limited for the following tasks:
- Lead or collaborate on the execution of engagements with global internal team, and external service providers for co-source engagements as applicable.
- Strong work ownership – able to work both independently and collaborate well in a team environment.
- Engagements include risk-based audit, advisory, business support engagements, which include finance, governance, and operational processes, and evaluation of the internal control environment.
- Focus engagements on high-risk areas with maximum value add. Develop audit procedures that include data mining and analytics to demonstrate clear understanding of the process and risk areas, provide insights, and drive value added recommendations to the business.
- Ability to prepare audit reports that are concise, impactful, and persuasive to drive recommendations and corrective actions, balancing content with the needs of the audience.
- Develop and maintain ongoing business relationships, and act as a catalyst for change and transformation in the organization.
- Lead Follow-Up audits.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual risk assessment and annual engagement plan.
- Contribute to internal department initiatives to build a leading-edge Internal Audit function that is agile, relevant and leverages technology to provide insight and value to the organization.
- Perform duties in accordance with the International Standards of Internal Auditing. Keep current on knowledge of audit principles and techniques. Assist with other activities assigned by supervisors.
- Communicate with the global team and stakeholders outside standard working hours as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with both public accounting and or commercial sector internal audit experience. Solid experience and knowledge of core business processes within ERP systems including technical system proficiency.
- Business as usual travel up to 20%.
- Fluent in English Language – written & verbal.
- Certified with relevant professional certification such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA
- Relevant business experience / prior semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially MS excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financial R12 system.
- Proficiency in Data Analytic Tools.
